A Frame For Life

In the early 1970s, Nosara, Costa Rica, witnessed the emergence of a pioneering venture known as the American Project. The project aimed to preserve the pristine environment while fostering a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike. Over the years, the American Project in Nosara has evolved into a unique blend of conservation, community development, and wellness initiatives, drawing individuals from around the world who seek a harmonious balance between modern living and the natural wonders that define this enchanting coastal region. Today, Nosara stands as a testament to the visionaries who shaped its history, creating a destination that celebrates the fusion of local charm and global consciousness.

Finca Jade stands ready to unveil its potential as a catalyst for positive change. The transformation from a cattle ranch into a longevity and wellness sanctuary is not just a physical metamorphosis; it's a testament to the visionary commitment to preserving the environment, nurturing well-being, and creating a brighter, more balanced world.

In the heart of Santa Cruz, Finca Jade stands poised to etch its own chapter in the legacy of Guanacaste.

We are dedicated to working with Costas Verdes to create and connect vital wildlife corridors, fostering a sustainable coexistence between human development and the natural world in Nosara, Costa Rica. The master plan priority is sustainability with a circular economy. The first steps to achieve the Wildlife Corridor will be to re-wild the farm with native trees and plants. We are working with a local permaculurist to regenerate the soil and retain more water to reshape our ecosystem.

There is a threat that these valuable blue zones could disappear with the agricultural practices imported from the industrialized countries - using poisonous fertilizers and weed killers. Both of these practices we ended 20 months ago when we purchased the land.

We believe it is vital to protect the ecosystem we inhabit, and in our minds this can only be done through strength of community, culture, and care for the environment. We are proud to work with local cultural institutions Costas Verde,  WCA. and Nosara Civic Association, SIBU Wildlife Santuary, Bomberos of Nosara, NOS Ocean Satefy and NOCA Nosara.
